Agree Realty Corporation (the “Company”), a Maryland corporation, is a fully integrated real estate investment trust (“REIT”) primarily focused on the ownership, acquisition, development and management of retail properties net leased to industry leading tenants. The Company was founded in 1971 by its current Executive Chairman, Richard Agree, and its common stock was listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1994. As of March 31, 2024, the Company owned 2,161 properties, with a total gross leasable area (“GLA”) of approximately 44.9 million square feet.

As of December 31, 2023, the Company owned 259 buildings aggregating approximately 16.0 million square feet, 45 improved land parcels consisting of approximately 152.4 acres, seven properties under development or redevelopment and approximately 62.7 acres of land entitled for future development. The Company is an internally managed Maryland corporation and elected to be taxed as a real estate investment trust (“REIT”) under Sections 856 through 860 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), commencing with its taxable year ended December 31, 2010.

One Liberty is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust incorporated in Maryland in 1982. The Company acquires, owns and manages a geographically diversified portfolio consisting primarily of industrial and retail properties. Many of these properties are subject to long-term net leases under which the tenant is typically responsible for the property's real estate taxes, insurance and ordinary maintenance and repairs.

Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company” or “PINE”) is a real estate investment trust (“REIT”) that owns and operates a high-quality portfolio of commercial net lease properties. The terms “us,” “we,” “our,” and “the Company” as used in this report refer to Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. The Company is a Maryland corporation that was formed on August 19, 2019. The Company has no employees and is externally managed by Alpine Income Property Manager, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly owned subsidiary of CTO Realty Growth, Inc. (our “Manager”). CTO Realty Growth, Inc. (NYSE: CTO) is a Maryland corporation that is a publicly traded REIT and the sole member of our Manager (“CTO”).

City Office REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) was organized in the state of Maryland on November 26, 2013. On April 21, 2014, the Company completed its initial public offering (“IPO”) of shares of the Company's common stock. The Company contributed the net proceeds of the IPO to City Office REIT Operating Partnership, L.P., a Maryland limited partnership (the “Operating Partnership”), in exchange for common units of limited partnership interest in the Operating Partnership (“common units”).

American Strategic Investment Co. (including, New York City Operating Partnership L.P., (the “OP”) and its subsidiaries, the “Company”) is an externally managed company that currently owns a portfolio of commercial real estate located within the five boroughs of New York City, primarily Manhattan. The Company's real estate assets consist of office properties and certain real estate assets that accompany office properties, including retail spaces and amenities. As of March 31, 2024, the Company owned seven properties consisting of 1.2 million rentable square feet.

MacKenzie Realty Capital, Inc. (the “Parent Company” together with its subsidiaries as discussed below, collectively, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) was incorporated under the general corporation laws of the State of Maryland on January 27, 2012. We have elected to be treated as a real estate investment trust (“REIT”) as defined under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”). We are authorized to issue 100,000,000 shares, of which (i) 80,000,000 are designated as common stock, with a $0.0001 par value per share; and (ii) 20,000,000 are designated as preferred stock, with a $0.0001 par value per share. We commenced our operations on February 28, 2013, and our fiscal year-end is June 30.
